Ernie has been in golf business for 22+ years working as a superintendent at many golf courses in the area. He got his career started at Donald Ross Golf Course in Fort Wayne, IN, and then moved onto Effingham Country Club in Illinois. Most recently he has worked at Sycamore Hills Country Club in Fort Wayne, IN as an assistant superintendent. Ernie has been in the superintendent at Dogwood Glen for the last 8 years.
Patrick Davis

Patrick has been in the golf business for 12+ years working as a manager for LaFontaine Golf Course and Norwood Golf Course in Huntington, IN. He is also the Head Coach for the Huntington University Women's Golf Team. He also is a certified Titleist Performance Institute Instructior, which specializes in golf fitness to improve your swing mechanics. Patrick is in his third year at Dogwood Glen.
